Description

In a traditional quality restaurant, you will work in pairs with the chef and you will be able to replace him during his absence. Possibility of extending the contract. Opening hours - possibility of accommodation on site. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules and the establishment's quality charter.

Experience

  • 2 years - as kitchen assistant

  • Cook meats, fish or vegetables
  • Prepare dishes for serving
  • Prepare the meats and fish (clamp, bard, empty, slice, ...)
  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP)

  • CAP, BEP and kitchen equivalents
