Responsible for performing  all secretarial and office management duties in the Executive Office of Sheger Park – Friendship Square managed by Midroc Ethiopia Plc. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Performs a variety of clerical tasks; organize meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Provides support to senior managers and employees; assist in daily office needs of Park’s  general administrative activities.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Secretarial and Office Management or Administrative Services or Business Management or other relevant field of studies.

Experience: Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Secretary or Office Administrative Assistant


·  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

·  Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines, scanner

·  Proficiency in MS Office both English & Amharic

·  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

·  Attention to detail and problem solving skills

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; phone and e-mail

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Knowledge of operational requirements and practices in business organizations
