The interim worker shall be subject to the following obligations:

• to perform his/her duties with diligence and in compliance with the instructions of the superior;
• To personally perform the duties described in the job description and any other related duties which may be reasonably attributed by her superior within the context of the job description;
• To work the established hours;
• Not to be involved in any occupation outside the service;
• Not to exercise an external activity, whether gainful or not, which puts into question his/her independence or requires the disclosure of facts or information acquired in the performance of duties or requires him/her to publicly express opinions which may be attributed to his/her functions. An external activity may be expressly authorized by his/her superior;
• To observe the internal rules of the employer.
