ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Engage in the preparation of the Interest Free Banking policy and procedure documents ;
• Engage in designing an Interest Free Banking products and services for the Bank;
• Participate in developing strategy and work plan for IFB process, in consultation with stakeholders.
• Engage in setting out a business plan of the process in keeping with the strategic objectives of the Bank.
• Actively Engage in crafting the business processes required for the IFB implementation within the Bank;
• Ensure that Interest Free Banking products and services are rendered across Window and/or Standalone Islamic Banking Branch.
• Develop accounting processes, consolidation & regulatory reporting.
• Ensure Interest Free Banking service and its implementation process is rendered in line with Shari’ah principles.
• Oversees proper functionality of financing and strict financing follow-up system of the Bank.
• Support and facilitate the activities of branches in the area of financial growth, ROI, efficiency and other areas.

Core Competencies

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in interest free banking products/services.
• Basic knowledge about Shari’ah principles and interest free banking contracts.
• Demonstrated successful experience in interpreting policy and procedure of IFB service.
• Basic knowledge about Shari’ah principles and interest free banking contracts.

JOB REQUIREMENT

BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or the same fields of study with 4 years of experience in banking operation out of which 3 years in IFB area.
