Guide Student Counselling and Development to approach student life and student value proposition to materialize and reflect the NWU strategy, its multi-campus nature, and national imperatives. Student Counselling and Development management and operation Operational Management Manage and develop members of staff through the Performance Management System Development of a balanced equity staff profile Supervising and management of all sub-units of Student Counselling and Development and their activities Conduct and direct facilities, events, programs, and structures that would enable student participation to enhance the delivery of rounded and balanced students and future leaders. Financial management Budget allocation to respective sub-units of Student Counselling and Development on the Potchefstroom Campus Operation financial management on-campus level Representation Liaise with Faculties, Schools, and Departments

Represent Student Counselling and Development on various Committees and Councils Assessment, counseling and therapeutic interventions Provide assessments, counseling and therapeutic interventions to students
