•  Qualification: – A minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience : – At least Ten (10) years in road design and/or Supervision of road Construction projects

At least Eight (8) years of Experience as a Pavement/Material Engineer on road design/construction projects

At least Four (4) Years of experience as Pavement/Materials Engineer on AC/DBST/TST Road Projects
