Essential Functions

• Prepare corporate annual plan/budget of the Bank in line with the strategic plan and based on inputs from other units and follow up the delivery;
• Assess the Bank’s market share and carry out periodic operational/ financial performance monitoring and evaluation;
• Conduct external and internal environmental analysis which is used in the development of strategic plan;
• Conduct  strategic plan revision as deemed appropriate in line with environmental changes;
• Cascade strategic plan to core and support functions to create organizational alignment;
• Prepare appropriate corporate key performance indicators (KPI) used to measure performance and progress;
•  handle other activities as assigned by his or her supervisor

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar

Qualification

• BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 year as planning and monitoring Officer
