Brief
The Senior Procurement Officer for imports is responsible for collecting final PFI, making online applications for import process on the customs single window system, coordinating bank import permit and insurance applications, coordinating original shipping documents collection, submitting import related payments, following up on import clearance process, and post-clearance documentation filing and data recording. Further, the incumbent of the position is responsible for any data reconciliation with Finance, receiving and managing the use of petty cash, and settling related documents.
Reports to: International Procurement Division Manager
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Supplies & Procurement or related fields with four (4) years direct experience related to import process.
Competencies Required
- Strong English proficiency
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Trustworthiness, and commitment.
