Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) is an indigenous Civil Society Organization which was established 24 years back, by 10 visionary youth, to fight the pandemic of HIV/AIDS and ASRH problem.  Since 2006, TSD was registered by the concerned government body of FDRE and re-registered for the second time by the ASCO since May 2019.  Currently, TSD would like to seek professional and competent staff for the project offices in the towns mentioned below. • Qualification: BA/B.Sc Degree in Community development, gender and development, psychology, sociology and other related fields.
• Required Experience: 3 and above years of experience as senior social worker, community mobilizer or grass root level community worker.
• Voluntary service is an added value.
