Description
BRIEF
Responsible for planning strategies, Regulating processes, and verifying that projects meet compliance standards, so the ability to problem-solve and make decisions when unexpected situations arise is essential to this role
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills and can coordinate plans effectively.
• Ensuring that the necessary materials are delivered to the work site to dealing with paperwork and budgeting appropriately with project
• Handle the clerical and logistical duties associated with complex projects.
• Supervising the adherence to construction and safety regulations
• Prepare reports for each project and ensure that the schedule and budget are maintained by tracking Expenses and coordinating with other team members
• Collaborating with different departments and helping project manager run projects smoothly is part of the day-to-day role for site
• Administer day to day activities of the project.
• Administer all manpower on the site.
• Manage the Human resource on the site
• Prepare, plan and effectively administer a budget for daily operations of the site
• Manage the machineries, vehicle and equipment’s on the site with the help of the technicians.
• Prepare and report the daily activities of the site
• Coordinate with the head office for all site activities
• Administer the day-to-day expenses in coordinating with the cashier and project Manager,
• Plan materials required for the project in coordination with the engineer and technicians
• Follow-up on the requested materials until delivery to the project site
• Any duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in HR Management/Business Administration with experience on Road construction project as project Administrator.
Minimum Years of Experience
- 10+ Years
