JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: A minimum of MA Degree in Sociology or related Social  Science field.

Experience:Minimum  of  Ten  (10)  years’  professional  Experience  in  social development and management works. 5  Years  Extensive  involvement  in  design  and  implementing baseline surveys, social impact assessment (Extensive involvement in right of way related task), monitoring   and evaluation of social impact of road projects and preparation and implementation of social impact mitigation plans of infrastructure projects, and resettlement of affected persons

Adequate  Experience  in  implementing  &  monitoring  gender mainstreaming activities.
