As a start-up dance studio, we are seeking motivated and innovative individuals who are looking for diverse work experiences.

We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced kids Taekwondo instructor  that is trained in one or more disciplines to join our lively children's dance studio in the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As an instructor  you will be responsible for training a group childrens in a chosen area of activities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to teach using various techniques from beginners to advanced level
• Develop curriculums and prepare lesson plans
• Ability to communicate with a divers group of teaches and students
• Engage , encourage and motivate students to reach their goals
• Evaluate students performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop routine
• Conduct group and private lessons as required
• Provide a fun and creative environment for students
• Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to Taekwondo routine s and curriculum as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of Taekwondo  teaching strategies understanding
• Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Taekwondo certified
• 2+ years experience of teaching kids
• Bachelor degree in health wellness, fitness and other related fields
• Knowledge and passion for teaching kids
• Strong verbal communication in english is required.
