JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years of experience & the last two Years in Managerial (supervisory)roles in manufacturing environment preferably in food processing or beverage industries .knowledge of food safety Management system (FSMS). And leader ship quality on technical aspects.
• BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering, industrial Engineering or related Fields
• Machine repair technical expertise
• Understanding of preventive Maintenance system & spare parts management
• Understanding of training system to drive to productive maintenance
• Understanding of machine safety requirements
• Has the ability to lead ,engage & enable teams & coach individual team members
• Has the ability to meet or exceed a standard of excellence on an ongoing basis
• Has the ability to Systematically seek out information about things and issues to resolve problems
