Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure all execution of technical work is carried out in a safe way
  • Execute inspection, preventive maintenance and work orders and this register in the maintenance control system.
  • Give feedback on all preventive maintenance plans
  • Organize the workplace, documentation and toolboxes according to the 5S standards
  • Carry out breakdown analysis and follow up on countermeasures
  • Give technical support and training to operators
  • Participate in technical improvement teams and propose technical improvements
  • Execute work orders with the right level of quality and make sure no breakdown time occurs due to maintenance
  • Execute all electrical corrective maintenance
  • Report on safety and technical losses and unconformities in reporting systems and DCS
  • Perform zonal tour and put tags for all abnormalities you find and make sure they are solved OTIF
  • When necessary, execute tasks deemed important for the business as requested by the immediate supervisor

Responsibilities

Education

  • BSC degree  in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • TVET level V in General Mechanic, Metal Technology, Machine Technology

Experience

  •  3 years in operations
  • Computer: basic skills (Windows, Excel, Word)
