Responsibilities

• Understand the training needs and develop required training manuals, modules and annual training plan
• Conduct classroom training for all levels of staff with topics related to new staff orientation, compliance, health & safety and soft skills training, etc
• Conduct technical training for specific jobs in production floor
• Provide the training administration support like coordinating the training schedule with attendants, preparing the training materials, and photocopying the manuals, etc
• Keep all training data and create training reports
• Monitor the trainees’ progress and performance and evaluate the learning/ program effectiveness
• Interact with Management to ensure the training standard and quality standard are consistent across all shift duties
• Assist the internal communication at all levels
• Work align with Corporate training strategy initiated by Head Office and execute with minimum amount of supervision
• Perform all ad hoc duties as assigned
