The animator energizes the social life of the establishment and ensures personalized follow-up of residents, under the responsibility of the assistant director of the residence.

He / She ensures the daily animation of the life of the establishment: reading the newspaper, birthday parties, themed meals, decoration of the rooms, outings outside, relations with the speakers. He / She monitors individual life projects and participates in their development.

He / She arranges premises dedicated to animation and carries out budget monitoring of expenses related to animation.

Occasionally, he / she participates in the acts of well-being of the residents, ensures their safety, participates in written and oral transmissions.
